I like this tool very much and I use it to reboot my complete farm during the night. The main reason why I use it is that you can do a "disable logon" more than one hour before rebooting the server.
It seems that this "disable logon" is not executed on every server, should I get an event log entry on that as there is none. People get the "Please logoff" information, they logoff and as they log in again, they are on the server that gets rebooted...
