Hi,

We are using Citrix XenApp 5.0 for W2K3 and Provisioning Services 5.6 and your XenApp Cloning Tool 2.0.9.

When I click on a provisioned server in the Citrix AMC and then to "View server health" it shows a WMI error: The WMI provider namespace cannot be found on server 'Server1'.

When I do this on a not provisioned server (from which the images are taken) the error doesn't appear. Then I found this Citrix article: http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX122038

It tells how to repair the WMI. When I do this on a provisioned server with a shared image, it works. But after the next reboot - of course - the fix is gone. So: What do I have to do to make the WMI work again on the provisioned servers? Do I have to run this repair everytime when I create a new VHD-file?

No, I didn't try this. But I'm not sure, why this should work, because before running the XenApp Cloning Tool I don't do anything else than:

- scdlete -c

- defrag c:

- chkdsk c: /f

- Creating snapshot of virtual machine

- Creating vDisk, assigning it to the server, installing PVS Targed Device and booting the server from network (but from local disk)

After that I install the Cloning Tool. So there is no image before running it.

Tools are not supported with XenApp 6.0 yet (according to you other post you're running XA 6.0).
