Since the beginning, the CitrixTools.Net team has been committed to fix all bugs for their free tools in a best effort mode.
We've received lots of feedbacks regarding production environments and the need for dedicated support.
That's why there are now two support levels :
- The free support : In best effort mode, relying on FAQ's, Feedback Center and Forum's posts
- The Premium Support : Customers with premium support will have access to a specific Premium Support Page containing a Knowledge Base along with a dedicated Support Cases Management System, allowing to submit and follow support cases. Premium Support users also have access to early releases (available about 3 monthes before public releases) and enhancement requests.
